1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply between you (the "User") and Tapademy AB ("We", "Us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the app.

2. Content and Limitations of the Service

The app is a digital tool for practice and preparation for the ACT. The material is based on self-produced content and similar practice questions.

No Official Affiliation: The app is independent and is not officially associated with ACT, Inc. or any government agencies.

Results: The app is a training tool. We make no guarantees that using the app will result in a passing or specific score on the real exam.

Offline Storage: The app works offline and we do not collect any user data. Please note that your progress and statistics are saved locally on your device. If you delete the app, your saved progress will be lost. We cannot restore deleted data.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All questions, images, design, text, and code within the app are created by us (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright law. If you believe that content in the app infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with documentation supporting your claim. Unauthorized copying or distribution of the app's content may lead to legal action.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not use the app in a manner that violates applicable laws or these Terms. You may not copy, sell, distribute, "scrape", or otherwise disseminate the content without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We strive to ensure the content is accurate and up to date according to current test standards, but we do not guarantee that the app is always entirely free from factual errors or technical interruptions. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, or financial loss arising from the use of the app.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Any fees for downloading or in-app purchases are stated at the time of purchase. All transactions are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their respective terms regarding payment, right of withdrawal, and refunds apply. Tapademy AB does not directly handle any payment details.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available within the app (under Settings). Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by a general Swedish court.
