We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial study and entertainment purposes only.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The app and its content (including country data, flags, and quizzes) are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information (such as population figures or GDP) is always error-free, complete, or reflects the most current real-world changes.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Tapademy AB be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app. This is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with any official European government organization.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

The "Remove Ads" purchase is a one-time payment. All sales are final and governed by the refund policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the app or its proprietary data.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
