TERMS OF USE — FULLBEAM

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you
do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. USE LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app
for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
3. COINS AND SKINS
Coins are earned by solving levels. They are not currency: they cannot be
bought, sold, transferred, exchanged for money, or moved between devices, and
they have no value outside the app. Coins and unlocked skins are stored on your
device, and deleting the app deletes them. We are not obliged to restore them.
4. ADVERTISING
The app is funded by advertising supplied by Google. A rewarded video is only
ever shown when you choose to take a hint, and watching one is always optional.
You agree not to interfere with the delivery of advertisements or to generate
artificial impressions or clicks.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Every puzzle
in Fullbeam was verified by an automated solver to have exactly one solution
before it was published, but we do not warrant that the app will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Tapademy AB be liable for any damages arising out of the use
or inability to use the app. This is an independent entertainment product and
is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company, film,
or franchise.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source
code of the app or its puzzle data, and not to modify saved data in order to
obtain coins or skins you have not earned.
8. CHANGES TO THE APP
We may add, change, or remove levels, skins, and features at any time.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Sweden.
