We are NOT affiliated with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Use of this app does not guarantee that you will pass the naturalization test or receive US citizenship.

3. USE LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The app and its content (including study materials and practice tests) are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy based on official USCIS study guides, we do not warrant that the information is error-free or complete.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Tapademy AB be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to failing the official citizenship test.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES

The "Remove Ads" purchase is a one-time payment processed via Apple or Google. All sales are final and governed by Apple’s and Google's refund policies.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
